I just
have to tell you the most astounding experience I've just had with your 'Listen to the Whisper in your Sleep' meditation. I haven't slept well in years. So I thought I'd get that one so when I am in bed tossing and turning, I will have a way to focus my attention. The first night, I slept for five straight hours, a first in many years. Each of the six night since then, I have had restful sleep and I no longer count the hours I am awake or asleep through the night. I'm not sure what the 'Whisper' is, but I can hear your voice all day long, whispering to me.
"When I wake up in the night, I play your CD again. Many times when I'm listening to the meditation, I wake up slightly to hear you say, 'You are unique. No one else can be you, but you.'
