Last month I announced that I was working on a new mini course. It's ready!
I am very excited about it. If you signed up to be notified when the course is ready, you may already have received an announcement and acted on it.
I have enjoyed putting together the course, which I am offering without charge. The other day someone asked me why I would offer so much for no cost. If you purchase some of the resources I recommend, I do make some money from that. Also, many people use my consulting and coaching services as a result of getting to know my approaches and philosophy. It all works out.
I hope you will decide to be on this journey with me. It will be an honor to support you in making meditation more integrated in your life.

To find out more about the course and to subscribe, visit the Meditate Now: 21 Days to Meditate Regularly Page. I am offering two different options. With one option, you receive a message a day for 21 days. With the other option, you receive 7 messages during the 21 days.
On the Subscription page, I have developed a Sending Schedule Chart that illustrates the frequency of the messages in the two options and the topics covered.
Here are the topics covered in the Meditate Now Mini Course:
- Meditation, Intention, Commitment
- Attention to Your Breath
- Different Meditation Methods
- Guided Meditation
- Relaxation for Balance
- Kindness, Gratitude, Harmony
- Benefits of Regular Practice and Next Steps

 |
Do you sometimes feel that you need some assistance to find your state of balance? Any regular meditation practice will assist. In particular, this guided meditation introduces you to the Focused Energy Work Process. You can experience new and different benefits each time you listen. Use this 20-minute meditation to relax you into a quiet meditation during the day or a deep, restorative sleep at night. With practice, you will enhance your awareness and balance. Balance the Energies will help you to reconnect more strongly with the limitless source of energy available to you. |

Not all meditation requires that you sit quietly in a relaxed position. That is usually the model, but it is not the only way. Have you ever done a mindful walking meditation?
I find this exceptionally powerful. It is a moving, open-eye meditation. You can walk at any speed, however, I recommend that you walk slowly . . . and mindfully. When you are focused on each step before, during, and after taking the step, you are mindful of your walking. Each step is deliberate, light, firm, and steady.
Every effective meditation has a place to rest the attention. Many people focus on their breath; others focus on music or a voice; others focus on a word or mantra. In the mindful walking meditation, the focus is on each step as you walk.
