Below are the articles I wrote in March on the Empowerment Blog. I hope you enjoy them. Please make comments on the blog postings.
I want to announce that I am working on a new web site. (A new web site, you might ask, how many do you need, Jeanie?) This one is designed to assist coaches and consultants to write their experiences, knowledge, and wisdom from their coaching or consulting practice. I know that many professional coaches have something of value to say, if they have approached their work with the idea of co-creating with their clients. Every coach is different, of course. But truly I am aiming at the coach or consultant who has experience and depth.
The web site is called Writing By and For Coaches. Its mission is to provide writing and publishing resources for coaches and consultants. At WritingByCoaches.com you can sign up to receive announcements about the launch. At most, I will send 3 messages to those on the list, and then I'll delete the list.
Feel free to download and forward this Ezine to your friends if you think they'll enjoy it. Be certain to include your own personal message. Anyone is welcome to subscribe to the Email version of JMviews Monthly as well as our other Ezines. You can also subscribe to one of the email alert lists (see below; or see the bottom of the left navigation bar).
You can easily connect to all my web sites, blogs, and ezines with the links at the bottom of this Ezine.
Make it a Satisfying Month!
Jeanie Marshall, Empowerment Consultant and Coach

DailyAffirm: Balance. The March theme on the DailyAffirm Process is Balance. Here is an article that provides an overview for the theme and the process: Joyous Balance on Your Path to Empowerment. All the messages for the whole process are listed at the DailyAffirm site. Please join us in April at DailyAffirm; the theme is Clarity.
Article about Meetings/Groups. In February, I wrote three interrelated articles about teams. Teams work together in many ways, especially at meetings and in groups. So I wrote Conflict and Harmony at Meetings can be Music to help to take some of the angst our of the idea of conflict. Later in the month, I wrote another article especially for those who present to groups, teams, or meetings, called Encouraging Participation When You Present to a Group. For many years, I trained people to be more effective trainers and presenters; I still do so, but now as a coach exclusively by phone.
Energy Clearing. Another article which also applies to groups is Guidelines for Clearing Energy in a Group, Business, or Organization. Regardless of your role in relation to others, you can be of great assistance with your attention on clearing energy.
Article about Recognizing Differences. As a regular reader of my blog, you know that I like to honor differences. Further, I like to encourage others to honor differences as well. I know it is relatively easy to agree with the general idea to honor differences; when a different-other is right beside you, sometimes it is more challenging. So, I am always on the look-out for models that assist this process. Here is one: Developing and Training Both Sides of the Brain.
My Other Ezines. On the blog, I announced the publication of my other monthly Ezines:
JMvoice Monthly Ezine, the March Edition which focuses on one of my guided meditations, The Confidence of Feeling Good. It's actually one of my favorite published guided meditations because it always reminds me of the client who inspired it. She is an extremely competent person who just needs little reminders to feel her confidence.
Empowering Practice “See Yourself as a Camera; Take a Picture” is an Empowering Practice I have been wanting to write for a while. Finally, it came together last month in this edition. While, of course, the camera is intended as a metaphor for seeing life from different perspectives, I also share a little about my own experiences with caners and the pictures that others or I have taken.
Film Favorites. On Jeanie's Film Favorites during March, I wrote only one film commentary. Greenfingers has been a favorite for a long time. It has several fine actors, especially Clive Owen and Helen Mirren, with many others also shining. Whether you're a gardener or not, this little flick is likely to charm you.

When visiting the JMviews Empowerment and Guided Meditation Blog, you can find articles by date, by category, or by placing your pointer on the calendar and surveying the titles. You can also subscribe to one of the RSS feeds.
Remember, you can make a comment on an article I've written on the blog at any time. Your comments come to me for moderation and then are posted. When someone finds my blog for the first time and resonates with the ideas, it's very common for the person to read many, even all, of the entries regardless of date, so your comments will be read by others.
When you write a comment on the blog, you must include a valid email address (which only I will see) and your name (your first name or a screen name is sufficient). You may, of course, include your full name and a web site, if you have one. Your email address will never be added to a list without your request and confirmation. Your comment will be sent to me so that I can moderate. This gives me a chance to read your comment before it's posted. I respond to each comment.
