Reflections on Last Month's Writing in
JMviews Guided Meditation & Empowerment Consulting Blog
February, 2006
It's February so that means I'm looking back at my writings on my blog during January to give you highlights, insights, and favorites, with links to the articles. I'm glad so many of you find value in this monthly mailing. It's a good exercise for me because I review and reflect on what I've written during that period of time.
Feel free to download and forward this Ezine to your friends if you think they'll enjoy it -- be certain to include your own personal message. Anyone is welcome to subscribe to the Email version (see information below).
Make it a Yummy Month!

DailyAffirm Blog Tie-in. As you may know, I write a second blog. Really, it's more accurate to say that I've converted a long-time offering to blog form. Since that process is an important one for so many, I'm now writing occasionally about a different perspective on the monthly theme as well as my own personal reflections as the writer on JMviews. So, I wrote about January's theme of Hope on Jan 1, Jan 2, and Jan 3.
Guided Meditation in the News. During January, I was interviewed twice and had a press release. Press Release, Catch Your Breath at Work by John K. Ryan, and my favorite, With a Focus on the Power of Guided Meditation with Irene Watson.
Web Content Awareness Day. As you may know, I've been providing content-rich articles and transformational processes free to the Internet for many years. Dina Giolitto has created a virtual holiday (Coming soon - February 9) to honor some of us who have been providing content and to create greater momentum and incentive for others to provide valuable information. Read about Web Content Awareness Day.
Life is a Series of Experiences. I love this concept and I've written a series of articles on experiences this month: Life is a Series of Experiences, Experience of an Experience for Darin, and Exercises for Experience of an Experience.
Reading Guided Meditations. I wrote about how to more effectively read a guided meditation. In addition, I've published some written guided meditations. As the first article admits, I have some hesitancy, because what I offer in the way of guided meditations in my voice are far deeper than the words themselves. Reading a Jeanie Marshall Written Guided Meditation and Creating and Manifesting: A Guided Meditation (for Me).

When visiting the JMviews Empowerment and Guided Meditation Blog, you can find articles by date, by category, or by placing your pointer on the calendar and surveying the titles. You can also subscribe to one of the RSS feeds.
Remember, you can make a comment on an article I've written on the blog at any time. Your comments come to me for moderation and then are posted. When someone finds my blog for the first time and resonates with the ideas, it's very common for the person to read many, even all, of the entries regardless of date, so your comments will be read by others.
When you write a comment on the blog, you must include a valid email address (which only I will see) and your name (your first name or a screen name is sufficient). You may, of course, include your full name and a web site, if you have one. Your email address will never be added to a list without your request and confirmation. Your comment will be sent to me so that I can moderate. This gives me a chance to read your comment before it's posted. I respond to each comment.
