CD Albums

Why are there two discs in each album?

Jeanie has found that some people enjoy music and some do not. And even someone who usually prefers to meditate one way might choose the alternative occasionally. Initially, Jeanie considered producing one album with music and then another album without music, and so on. One morning she woke up knowing that a better decision was to produce each album as a dual disc product. We hope you like the option. Also, the MP3 option is a set of two files. Read more about the musicians.

What do I do if I get a defective CD album?

If you have a defective CD album, please call our order telephone immediately. It will help if you have your email order confirmation when you call. Explain the problem and our customer service agent will handle it to your satisfaction. In the U.S., the toll-free Order Phone is 800-662-3654; from elsewhere, call 310-450-2061 or contact us through our Contact Us page.

MP3 Files -- Downloading

How do I download an MP3 file?

All computer platforms approach file downloads differently. Computers and software programs have their own ways of dealing with files. All newer computers can handle MP3 files, which is why we chose that format. We suggest you contact your computer helpdesk to inquire about the specific approaches available to you on your own computer. Here are the instructions that work for most newer computers: to listen at your computer, click the link; to download, right click on the link and instruct the computer where to save the file.

MP3 Files -- Listening

Can I listen to these files at my computer?

MP3 files are cross platform. If you have a very old computer, you might have to upgrade to listen. All later computers allow for listening either by double clicking or by downloading the file (usually a right-click function). Please be certain that you experiment first with the free downloads. We do not want you to make a purchase until you are satisfied with the free products; remember, there are no returns on the purchased MP3 Downloads.

What MP3 player do you recommend?

We recommend any player that interfaces well with your computer. In particular, we recommend the Apple iPod because it's compatible with all computer platforms, easy to use, and well-supported by Apple. (Jeanie has three iPods and an iPod Nano, and highly recommends this product.)
